MSTA offers our members Individual or group Swim Lessons taught by Marlins Coaches or Marlins senior swimmers. Lessons are not available to non-members.

Group Lessons are taught by Marlins senior swimmers with supervision by Elena Loria, the Marlins Future Marlin coach and Swim Lesson Coordinator. The program offers five levels of group instruction from familiarity with the water to stroke development.

|1 || 16 Months – 3 Years (middle pool and main pool)||Gentle instruction, learn to relax in water safely. |
| 2||3 – 5 years ||Swimmers introduced to large pool. Basic skills: bubbles, floating with assistance only. |
| 3|| 4 – 6 Years||Able to submerge independently; stroke readiness. |
| 4|| 4 – 7 Years||Basic freestyle and backstroke. |
| 5||5 – 8 Years || Freestyle, backstroke, and diving safety skills; learning to swim lengths.|
Group lessons are held from 11:30 am - noon, Monday - Thursday with Friday being a make-up day if necessary. Each weekly session is $45. You can sign up for group lessons on our Team Unify
For the 2019 summer season there will be 6 sessions:
Session 1: June 17-20
Session 2: June 24-27
Session 3: July 1-5 (no lessons on July 4)
Session 4: July 8-11
Session 5: July 15-18
Session 6: July 22-25
